There are 3 cartels I know of.
One which i won't name, since its agreement is a price floor which has proven entirely reasonable compared to similar items.
Cap II / Cloaks? Eww cartel!

Problem solved.
Feasable for Cap II's.
Cloaks? Well, what ELSE can I use as a substitute?

Originally by: Maya Rkell Rare faction modules are an option, sure. But their price is ALSO affected by the higher cartel cloak prices.
Not if you get your own. You even get loads of ISK for trying.
And you spent weeks looking for a single item. GG.
When I blow your ass to heck, you get to do it again then!

Some of us prefer PvP to PvE.
(I make my ISKies from PvP and trade, I'd note - I very rarely PvE for ISK)
And yes, I DO buy T2 cloaks because I feel I have no alternative. I do not, on the other hand, buy cap II's. I have large stack of eut's to use.

Blacklight, sure. Except it's supposed to be a game. Fun.
For my art, what I'd like CCP to do is check that the items where the profit is sigificantly higher than other items and for long build-time items like HAC's, is to check that all the BPO's are being used.
By that, I mean on an active account and has been used in, say, the past 2 months. If several HAVEN'T been used / are on an inactive account, then the number in the game may well need making up.

Oveur has stated several times that they constantly check to see if the BPO's stay on active accounts or are destroyed and re-seed to keep the numbers constant.
He's mentioned checking, but not constantly and I'm not sure about the inactive part, only when one is destroyed or the owner banned.

There are no T2 BS yet. So quite irrellevant.
